Booking and paying for your tour is simple and secure.
Please follow the steps below to complete your reservation.
Step 1 — Choose Your Tour
Select the tour you would like to join and contact us or proceed to booking through our website.
You will be able to choose:
Tour date
Room type:
Shared / Double Room or Single Room Upgrade
Additional services
Step 2 — Add Extra Services
During the booking process, you can customize your trip with optional services such as:
Airport transfer (arrival and departure)
Extra nights in Bishkek before the tour
Extra nights in Bishkek after the tour
Private room upgrade
Early check-in / late check-out (if available)
Additional city tours in Bishkek
SIM card assistance
Trekking equipment rental (for selected tours)
The total price will update automatically depending on your selections.
Step 3 — Choose Payment Type
You can select one of the following payment options:
Pay only the booking deposit to reserve your place.
The remaining amount is usually payable 28 days before arrival.If the tour starts in less than 28 days, the full amount must be paid upfront.
Step 4 — Fill in the Booking Form
Please complete the traveler information form carefully. You may be asked to provide:
Full name
Nationality
Phone number
Email address
Arrival information
Dietary restrictions or medical notes
Emergency contact
Step 5 — Review Your Booking
Before payment, you will see a summary of your order.
Please make sure all information is correct before continuing.
Step 6 — Secure Online Payment
After confirming your booking, you will be redirected to a secure payment page.
Enter your bank card details.
Once the payment is successful, you will receive a confirmation email or message from our team.
